Snow piles up along roads as county digs out

Lyndon streets were lined with snow piles, but at the Osage County Courthouse Wednesday afternoon there were no county employees to park in the cleared parking spaces. County offices have been closed Tuesday and Wednesday due to the snow storm that dumped more than 12 inches of snow on parts of Osage County.

Blowing snow Wednesday night and Thursday are expected to keep state, county and township road crews busy opening up drifted shut roads.
