Help out with spring planning at the senior center

By Osage County Senior Center Director Byron Jordan

We are scrambling around the senior center to get ready for spring, with trip and activity planning. Please don’t hesitate to suggest new destinations and activities to senior center staff. Our patronage and ridership have been up and down, with some trips doing very well, while others have actually had to be cancelled due to lack of riders. Although we have not cancelled or dropped any of our regular activities, when we only have one, two or three participants, it makes it harder to justify some of the expenses related to that activity.

The March newsletter will be out in a day or two. Please stop by for a newsletter to see all the things you can do at the center and the places you can go on the public transit bus.
