Lyndon Legion seeks candidates for post elections

Want to make a difference in your local American Legion Post? Want to have a role of leadership? American Legion Post 125, Lyndon, will be having post elections at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, at Leroy’s BBQ, 609 Topeka Ave.

“We are in need of strong leadership and active people that want to revitalize this post for your community and the future of Lyndon,” said Jayson Massey, post member. “This is the time to use what the military gave you to make a difference.”

Post officer positions in the American Legion include post commander, first vice commander, second vice commander, post adjutant, finance officer, post chaplain, post historian, post service officer and sergeant-at-arms.
