Overbrook Public Library seeks Library Director

The Overbrook Public Library seeks a resourceful Library Director. The Director reports to a seven-member Board, and manages three part-time staff and several volunteers. Applicants for the Director’s position should possess the following:

  • A working knowledge of library administration, library technology (including networked computers, Microsoft Office, and accounting software), accounting and fiscal management, marketing and public relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of two years library experience (preferred)

The minimum salary is $11.95 per hour at 40 hours per week. Benefits include KPERS, vacation, sick, and bereavement leave.
