It’s time for Rodeo Days in Burlingame

The Kansas Pride and Glory Riders, shown in last year’s Rodeo Days parade, will open both nights of the Santa Fe Trail Rodeo Friday and Saturday at Burlingame.

 

The Burlingame Rodeo Days committee has announced a schedule of fun things to do in Burlingame Saturday before heading out to the rodeo grounds for the final night of the annual Burlingame Saddle Club rodeo.

Burlingame Rodeo Days – Saturday May 17, 2014

  • 8 a.m.-11 a.m. – Breakfast burritos by the Federated Church youth, downtown.
  • 9 a.m.-3 p.m. – Vendors, downtown.
  • 10 a.m. – Car wash at Federated Church.
  • 10 a.m. – Friends of the Library book sale.
  • 10 a.m. – Ice cream sale – Burlingame Library.
  • 9 a.m.-12 p.m. – Just Trucks Show – Santa Fe Cafe.
  • 11:30 a.m. – Parade line up.
  • 12 p.m.-1 p.m. – Rodeo Days Parade.
  • 8 p.m. – Rodeo at Burlingame Saddle Club rodeo grounds.

The Burlingame Saddle Club will present the 44th annual Santa Fe Trail Rodeo at 8 p.m. May 16 and 17 at the saddle club arena, 829 S. Rodeo Dr., Burlingame. The Kansas Pride and Glory Riders will open the performance both nights, paying tribute to our military past and present.

    Please note the Federated youth have moved the breakfast to main street by the flower shop and are having an car wash by the church at10am!
