Osage City Chamber welcomes Dollar General’s new store

052014-dollar-general-ribboThe Osage City Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony last week in celebration of the opening of a new location for Dollar General in Osage City. Cutting the ribbon, from left, are Jim Lohmeyer, store manager Heather Idhe, Cathryn Houghton, assistant store manager Rita Croucher, Casey Mussatto, Tara and Dave Azwell, and Carolyn Church. The new store at 108 N. Ninth St. opened March 15 and is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The store currently employs nine people. The former location of the store at 532 Market St. is now vacant and for sale or lease by its owner.
