Senior center plans summer potluck; bring a covered dish, have lunch with friends

The Osage County Senior Center has scheduled a potluck dinner for 12 p.m. July 7, 2021, with everyone encouraged to bring a covered dish. Music will be provided by Jody Jackson and friends after lunch.

If you like ice cream, stop by the center July 9 for a homemade ice cream fundraiser; ice cream will be sold beginning at 3 p.m. until sold out.

  • Monday to Friday, 9-10 a.m. Exercise class with Dee Davenport.
  • Mondays, 8 a.m.-12 p.m. sewing; 5:30 p.m.-8 p.m. pitch, bring a snack if you like.
  • Tuesdays, 9 a.m. ceramics, call before coming to verify times; 12:30-3:30 p.m. Mexican Train games, usually played every day.
  • Wednesdays, 8 a.m.-12 p.m. sewing.
  • Thursdays, 9-11 a.m. painting.
  • Fridays, 10-11:30 a.m. bingo; bring a $5 gift bag, everyone wins.

  • June 23: 1-6 p.m. blood drive.
  • June 28: Midland Pace breakfast – 8 a.m., pancake, eggs, sausage.
  • June 29: Hermes foot care 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • July 5: Center is closed for Fourth of July holiday.
