Linnea (Rock) Turner, 70, Overbrook: Dec. 6, 1950 – Sept. 20, 2021

OVERBROOK, Kan. – Linnea “Lynn” Turner, 70, of Overbrook, Kan., passed away at her home on Sept. 20, 2021, following a brief illness. Lynn was born Dec. 6, 1950, in Clay Center, Kan., to Norman Rock and Mary Guance.

Lynn enjoyed animals, the ocean, and her family and friends.

She is survived by two sons, Gary Knobbe Sr., Burley, Idaho, and Dennis Bowen, Topeka, Kan.; two daughters, Constance Glore, O’Fallon, Mo., and Michelle Henrichs, New Strawn, Kan.; and 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Lynn is also survived by her dear friends Roseann and Bob McCann, Overbrook.

Lynn was preceded in death by her husband, Roosevelt Turner; and her granddaughter, Nicole Knobbe.

There will not be any funeral services as Lynn’s wish was to be cremated and have her ashes, along with those of her late husband Roosevelt, scattered in the mountains of Idaho.
