A live magic show will be performed in Ottawa the evening of Sept. 19, hosted by COF Training Services. We are offering transportation services for Osage County residents to attend the show. Tickets for the show may be purchased at Citizens State Bank, Lyndon, Jerry’s Thriftway, Osage City, and Lyndon State Bank, Melvern. A $1 donation is being requested for the round-trip bus ride. Call Osage County Senior Center at 785-528-4906 for more information or to reserve a seat on the bus.
Our rider appreciation bus trip will head for historical sites in Chanute on Sept. 26. A $10 donation is requested to cover transit and entry fees into the Safari Museum and the Historical Society Museum. Riders will be responsible for their lunch at Opie’s Pizza & Grill, which is a wonderful buffet with a variety of foods including pizza. Call or stop by the center to sign up.
