Easter Bunny makes early appearance in Osage City

On April 2, 2023, the Willing Workers 4-H Club hosted its second annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Osage City baseball fields. This year was bigger than last, featuring over 3,000 eggs, 86 of them had tokens that could be redeemed for a prize. Some of the prizes included sodas with candy bars, baskets full of prizes, and a few lucky winners went home with scooters. There were many sponsors that contributed the prizes. The Osage County Sheriff’s Office escorted the Easter Bunny, who enjoyed taking photos with the kids and handing out gifts. The officer also sounded the siren to start the hunt.
