At 4:16 p.m. April 6, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at Second and Main streets in Carbondale for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, Marie E. Bagby, 60, of Carbondale, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 12:14 p.m. April 10, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s Office investigator conducted a traffic stop at milepost 162 on Interstate 35 for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, Jason M. Monroe, 41, of Lake Delton, Wis., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
