Osage County Sheriff’s reports:

At 12:53 p.m. June 21, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at Market Street and Martin Street in Osage City for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, David C. Small, 59, of Reading, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 6:24 p.m. June 22, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at 349th Street and Berryton Road, near Melvern. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, Robert D. Williams, 32, of Paola, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
