  • Dalton James Benaka, 25, Topeka, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, vehicle registration required, invalid license plate, OSSO.

Osage County Sheriff’s report:

At 9:45 p.m. July 16, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop at 261st Street and U.S. Highway 75 for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. A passenger in the vehicle, Dustin L. Galloway, 41, of Humboldt, Kan., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and interference with a law enforcement officer.
