The Osage City Chamber of Commerce welcomed Tiffanie’s Shear Techniques, 631 Market St., with a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday. Owner and cosmetologist Tiffanie Moore, center, cut the ribbon with assistance of, from left, Cathryn Houghton, Josie Bosse and daughter, Moore and her mother Dena Moore, Jodi Lohmeyer-Stark and Nancy Washburn. The new salon will offer haircuts for women, men and children, along with coloring, waxing, and up-dos. The salon is open 9-6 Tuesday, 12-8 Wednesday, and 9-6 Thursday-Saturday.
