About 2:20 p.m. Oct. 5, 2023, Osage County Sheriff’s Office investigators and deputies conducted a narcotics search warrant in the 500 block of North Fourth Street, Osage City. A resident of the address, Patrick D. Berner, 42, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, distribution of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
