Oct. 19, 2023

  • Aaron Montgomery Shields, 43, Lyndon, Osage County warrants, released per court, OSSO.

Oct. 20, 2023

  • Nathan Michael Poole, 41, Osage City, Osage County warrant, $1,000 surety bond, OCPD.
  • Dalvin Devonte Walker, 30, Wichita, driving while license is suspended, cancelled or revoked, possession of marijuana, $600 own recognizance bond, OPD.
  • Kyle Maichel, 53, Overbrook, flee or attempt to elude law enforcement officer by engaging in reckless driving, driving under the influence, interference with law enforcement officer,  $2,500 surety bond, OPD.

Oct. 21, 2023

  • Amanda Irene Adams, 45, Olathe, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, transporting open container, $1,000 surety bond, OSSO.

Oct. 22, 2023

  • Aaron Montgomery Shields, 43, Lyndon, theft of property or services, value less than $1,500, theft from building , OSSO.

Oct. 23, 2023

  • Selena Mariah Servantez, 27, Topeka, possession of certain stimulant, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, use or possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body, traffic contraband into corrections facility, send or take item from facility, OSSO.
  • Angela Lee Spencer, 48, Carbondale, Osage County warrant, $100 cash bond, CPD.

Sheriff’s reports:

At 11:52 p.m. Oct. 22, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop at milepost 143 on U.S. Highway 75 for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. A passenger in the vehicle, Selena M. Servantez, 27, of Topeka, was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trafficking contraband in a correctional facility.
