The next evening meal bus trip is set for Oct. 17 to Guy & Mae’s Tavern, in Williamsburg. The bus will leave Osage County Senior Center at 5:30 p.m.; a transit donation of $4 per rider is requested. If the Puffy’s Steakhouse trip is any indication, this trip will fill up fast. And there are still open seats on our rider appreciation trip to Chanute on Sept. 26. This really should be a neat trip.
The numbers of bus riders on some our shopping trips have dwindled significantly. We only request a $3 donation for these trips to Topeka and Emporia, with several stops for a variety of shopping opportunities. Besides economical and efficient, the folks that go always have a good time.
These trips are open to all Osage County citizens, and you don’t have to be elderly to ride. We can even accommodate infant and child safety seats. Please call the center at 785-528-4906 or stop by at 604 Market St., Osage City, for a schedule and routing information or click the link below.
