At 4:05 p.m. Sept. 13, 2024, an Osage County Sheriff’s K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at US Highway 56 and South Urish Road, near Burlingame, for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. Tabatha M. Horton, 34, Herrington, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 11:34 a.m. Sept. 14, 2024, an Osage County Sheriff’s K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at Main Street and Topeka Avenue, in Carbondale, for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. Subrina L.M. Casey-Meredith, 50, Topeka, was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
