It’s cold outside, but Osage City Parks and Recreation is planning for warmer weather, and has announced summer job openings at Osage City Aquatic Center. Osage City High School dance class is on schedule for a Feb. 11, 2025, performance at the varsity basketball game. Hints of spring are near with Smoke in the Spring coming up April 11-12.
OCHS Dance Clinic
Pre-K-8th Grade
- Theme – “Michael Jackson”
- Cost – $25 per dancer
- Dancers will learn technique performance routine
- Practice dates – February 3 & 10 (6-7:15 pm, both days)
Performance will be February 11, during the halftime of the HS Boys Varsity Home Basketball Game.

Assistant Pool Manager
- Must be 18 to apply.
- Seasonal hourly position, during the OCAC season. 20-40 hours per week
- If hired, must complete CPR & Lifeguard Training.
Duties Include – Concession inventory & staff, lifeguard & facility supervision, helping with swim lessons, day to day operations.
Lifeguard
- Must be 15 to apply
- Seasonal hourly position, during the OCAC season. 10-40 hours per week
- If hired, must complete CPR & Lifeguard Training.
