October 16, 2013: Charles R. Jackson Sr., 24, Topeka, obstruction, driving while suspended, illegal registration, no insurance, $935 surety bond, CPD; Alesha V. Reavis, 30, Ottawa, city of Salina warrants for probation violation, transferred to Salina Police Department, OSSO.
